CHT Silcoset 101 is a liquid, brick-red substance with superior physical properties compared to most other RTV 2-part rubbers. It remains flexible within a temperature range of -60°C to +250°C, with brief periods of up to 300°C, and has excellent weathering resistance. It is resistant to oxidation and many oils and chemicals and exhibits excellent electrical properties.
CHT Silcoset 101 has a high-temperature rating and is suitable for high-temperature moulding applications. It also has excellent flow properties and so can be easily poured.
